Teamspeak

To aid in the commuinication in game and out, we run an application called Teamspeak (TS) which can be downloaded here. TS is invaluble for arranging playing times and is extremely useful when launching games, especially if any player is unfamilar with joining a multiplayer session on it.

To join our Teamspeak server, please refer to the details below.

Server Address : This must be "Mach.homeip.net" or one of the backup servers.
Nickname : This is free text and identifies you to other people on the server.
Login Name : This must be your defined login name, this is not required if it is your first time on the server, you will NOT be able to move from the lobby until you register.
User Password : Linked to the username, this authenticates your login name and gives you access to all the channels in Teamspeak.

Sound Settings

The screenshots below show you how to get into the sound configuration section of Teamspeak, this area allows the user to define a number of important options such as the press to talk key and the voice activation level. This is very important as with a voice level too high nobody can hear you, with it too low we'll all hear you breathing! Also if you are using speakers you MUST define a press to talk key or everyone else will echo.

Please try and ensure that your settings are suitable before inflicting it on other users of teamspeak!
